RETURN POLICY


We love our Rebecca’s Exclusives LLC jewelry and hope you will too!  Rebecca’s Exclusives LLC strives to provide the highest quality of exclusively custom designed artisan jewelry and to give our customers an exceptional online shopping experience.


In the event you need to return an order, we will work with you to ensure a continued positive experience as a valued Rebecca’s Exclusives LLC customer. 


We accept returns within 10 days from the FedEx confirmed date of delivery for refund, store credit, or exchange.  All shipping and handling fees, including accurate declared value amount of the return, are the responsibility of the customer.  All returns must be shipped back via FedEx per the instructions below.


Due to each piece of our artisan custom designed jewelry being a unique work of art, only unworn items may be returned or exchanged.  Each Rebecca’s Exclusives LLC jewelry will arrive with an attached security tag that cannot be removed, altered, or broken in any way in order to refund or exchange the item.

If a “Referrer”, the person who makes a purchase using your Referral Code, returns or voids the purchase for any reason, for which you received Referral Credits, your Referral Gift Program account will be deducted the amount of Referral Credits received from their purchase. In the event of an exchange or a Return and the new purchase amount is more or less than the originally purchased item(s), your Referral Credits will be adjusted accordingly.  


If you, as the Referral Gift Program Member, make a purchase redeeming your Referral Credits, and then return or void the purchase for any reason, your Referral Credits will be reinstated back into your account. If you, as the Referral Gift Program Member exchange a Return on a purchase using your Referral Credits and the new purchase amount is more or less than the originally purchased item(s), your Referral Credits will be adjusted accordingly.

Return or Exchange Procedure

1.        Returns or exchanges must be completed and postmarked within 10 days from the confirmed FedEx Tracking delivery date.


2.       The security tag must remain intact and jewelry must not have been worn, used, or damaged.  Rebecca’s Exclusives LLC retains the right to deem an item unreturnable for any of the outlined reasons herein and the item will be returned to you.  Rebecca’s Exclusives LLC ships with FedEx to ensure the highest quality and care in package delivery.


3.       Contact Rebecca’s Exclusives LLC at returns@rebeccasexclusives.com for an RMA-Return Materials Authorization Number.  This number must accompany your returned item inside the shipping box in order for your refund, in-store credit, or exchange to be processed.


4.       Required Return Packaging Instructions.  These must be followed exactly per our insurance for a condition of coverage.  Rebecca’s Exclusives LLC takes care in secure shipping of each piece of jewelry to prevent damage or loss.


5.       Returned items should be handled and sent back with the same exceptional care as they were sent to ensure your refund or exchange.


6.       Return Packing Instructions:

  • Place the jewelry in a small or medium sturdy box, secure the item in the box with foam peanuts and/or bubble wrap padding (tissue or newspaper are not acceptable padding).
  • Tape the box securely with clear packaging tape.  Small jewelry boxes and/or padded packs, or envelopes are not considered boxes.
  • Place the address label with the barcode on the outer box.  Firmly adhere the label to the outer box using clear packaging tape so that it cannot be removed or fall off easily.
  • Tender the package to staffed FedEx carrier personnel only.  Do not tender to “authorized” third party affiliates or other carriers.

7.        Once Rebecca’s Exclusives LLC receives the retuned merchandise, we will notify you via email if your return is approved or denied.  Approved returns will be processed for in-store credit or refund in the amount paid minus all shipping costs.  Refunds will be processed to the same credit card used for the purchase.  Please allow up to one to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.  Denied items will be returned to you without a refund.
